BYJU'S - The Learning App

Very good Very nice learning experience

First of all the pros: Byju’s is one of the most organized and intuitive apps to learn anything. The teachers are the best. The way you gys organize the topics, the lessons and quests are genuinely helpful for a student and I am truly grateful to you guys for that. I mean that’s how it should be and you guys clearly know what you’re doing. Then the “Buts”: The app is full of bugs. I admire Khan Academy for their great app(almost bugless) but when it comes to lessons you guys are the best. If you can improve the quality of the app. I mean it is already in place but needs a little bit effort. I know you guys are already into that but make it fast and good luck.

If you just need videos use YouTube, byju’s is just paid content for something that is available for free.

Not getting sms in time

I registered for BYJUs IAS preparation course for the lenovo tab and materials. I assumed that their customer service will be exceptional considering the popularity. Initially when I got the content, I could barely use anything in the web browser as most of the videos said I need to pay. To which, I had paid already. They kept routing my emails and phone calls between multiple customer service agents who were never in sync. I have been trying to cancel the membership for 2 weeks and they are just not responding. Probably one of the worst customer experience I have ever come across.

I don’t live india! But pretty good still. Recommend to people but there is better apps than this

This app helped Lear and all but when I listened to a vidie and went to anther it said your going ate a great pace new topics will be available in 25 data this happen multiple times + the chat can only be used 2 times and the person chatting is a chat bot it keeps telling me to buy the scholarships I hat this app it is 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫💯🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

BYJU’S is a good app but they take ur no. and call u again and again and they crossed there limit when they say u got a scollership and asked u need to give money and then I asked they that I haven’t given any test. They said that u take some live class on that basis we r giving u scollership and this thing happened a lot of time and then i want to get rid of it so I delete byju’s and blocked all the numbers.
