I would give this app and organisation no stars if i could. Generally the only time i write reviews is when i find an exceptional product. I’m making an exception in this case. If you are looking for a financial institution with no shopfront, no end-user website, a terrible app that is full of bugs, a customer service centre that doesn’t answer or call you back even when you are trying to reporting a lost card… look no further. I was already having a sub optimal experience trying to get the app to work when I made the mistake of loosing my card. The app had crashed (for all users) and so it was impossible to log in and put a stop on my card. There was no answer at the call centre and only robo options served up via the WhatsApp chat. There is no customer login on the website. Three days after loosing my card and countless attempts to contact C3Pay, I managed to get my work payroll office to request a hold and reissue of my card. At time of writing, I have a new, functional card but can not get it to register with the app so my account functionality is limited to withdrawals only. Yet again, it’s been three days of no answering or call back from the help line the app tells me to call. Save yourself the frustration. Find another product.
Lots of problems with UI. Crashing and problematic interface.

This card is risky and not secure. It can be easily used for fraud, and if lost, anyone can make purchases with just one click, without requiring a PIN. It seems designed to target less educated and lower-income individuals, but it lacks proper security measures.

If you want to lose your money in unknown payments get C3 account,, If you want to call customer service dozens of times and no one responds open C3 account. It is really the worst customer service I have ever had in the Emirates.
