Worst banking App I’ve ever used. The App and card somehow works together, so if your mobile data is off, then your card won’t work. It also deducts 3.15 AED for every declined transaction which is ridiculous, especially when it’s completely out of your control if your card declines due to technical difficulties with card machines.

This card is risky and not secure. It can be easily used for fraud, and if lost, anyone can make purchases with just one click, without requiring a PIN. It seems designed to target less educated and lower-income individuals, but it lacks proper security measures.

If you want to lose your money in unknown payments get C3 account,, If you want to call customer service dozens of times and no one responds open C3 account. It is really the worst customer service I have ever had in the Emirates.

This app is incredibly frustrating; it bombards me with ads every time I log in, which is the worst part. They also charge extra for even the smallest features, and the ads are unskippable, making the experience even more irritating. I really dislike it.
