Do not take this card for you salary The customer support is horrible they do not respond and the app is just horrible

Since I lost my card, I applied card replacement almost 2 weeks ago. Seriously it takes almost 2 weeks now and I tried to contact customer service but didn't have a chance. On the other hand, I do chatting and I do not receive any solution. Would it be the last time I will use this card.

Without my knowledge from my account 2700 AED was stolen by purchasing but the responding team of this fraud and the whatsapp chat is not responding my messages and there is no way to contact the team. I am not happy with the late responds because this is my money that got deducted. Can not keep lot of money in the account and the security is not proper because there were no OTP came when the purchasing happened.

I wish to appeal for C3 app courtesy of RAKBANK to add transfer of money to Ghana because it costs me to travel to ATM yo withdraw cash and go to search for a nearby international money transfer

I would like to thanks all the team from C3card support for helping me with special mention to Mr.Jood who was the only one was able to help me to slove my problem immediately , he is very smart ,professional , polite and helpful really good representative to the company.
