Can’t login..

Can’t logon - app wont send message to my phone to verify

Not registering foreign numbers

I’ve tried to register with my Australian number and it fails to send the code through to verify. Not sure if this app is only available for European numbers. If that is the case, they are missing out on a large swarth of customers who can’t use the app at the moment.

Terrible service, complete failure

I booked a cab to the Barcelona airport in advance (the night before) & was assured by the app that my driver had been assigned & my cab would arrive on time the next morning. Of course, the cab didn’t arrive & I was left in the horrible situation of having to lug everything I was travelling with to the closest taxi stand which was a fair distance away, it was just lucky that I managed to get to the airport on time & the best the crappy service could say was “we are sorry for any inconvenience”. It’s no joke when you are travelling & you think you have things organised & then get completely let down by something as simple as a taxi service failing to pick up a client. I only read reviews on google for this service & they were all gushing over how good the service was but then today I looked on the App Store & there were some savage reviews so I should have just checked here, live & learn. Anyway, I generally don’t leave reviews because I’m pretty chill but I nearly missed my plane & that would have cost me a lot of money & caused me serious inconvenience, if I could leave negative stars I would.

Can’t even sign up.

Account creation stalls when confirming mobile phone number.

Cannot enter mobile number

I tried signing in through the app, and not only it didn’t accept my mobile number, it did not accept my husband’s or my mum’s so clearly there is a bug in the app. It happens when using Chilean mobile numbers

Literally just doesn’t work

Would be nice if the OTP could actually be received to set up an account. Blows my mind that so many other companies can figure this out, but apparently Cabify can’t send an SMS to foreign phone numbers.

Can never get a ride!!

Drivers are useless and either don’t accept your ride or accept it and then 10min away turns into 30min away and then they cancel. Or the driver calls you asking you to cancel and he will pick you up and you need to pay him cash. Rubbish scam drivers and usless app. UBER might be more expensive but atleast the drivers are reliable.

Scam!!!

Scam! I downloaded the app, booked a driver and the driver drove off and refuse to cancel his trip trying to make me pay for the cancellation

Inflexible App - Needs more work

I’ve been trying to sign up to use Cabify in Chile - but I’m an expat and my mobile phone has an Australian number, roaming here. There was absolutely no way to get the App to figure this out and proceed logically from A to B. I had to give up in the end: after disappearing into multiple black holes.

App won’t send SMS - Can’t signup

I really want to use this app but across 2 different sims and phone numbers, it just refuses to send sms message I require for signup. Very disappointing.
