I checked my daily payment today at 12:12 Am for yesterday, it says I got paid 0 points, when I typically get over 250 per day

I’m not really understanding this app. I’m trying to figure out how I only had 5000 to go before redemption but now I need 12,000 points. I’ve had this app for a while and been suppose to be cashing out but that’s not happening at all.

I’ve inquired multiple times about cashing out my earnings and no one can get back to me.

Daily points continue to go down little by little with no explanation as to why.
