I go into this Nero’s on a daily basis and all the staff are unfailingly helpful and efficient.I would recommend this branch wholeheartedly.S.Williams

Good drinks and friendly staff

I have tried for 3 months to resolve problems on my Nero app with customer support. Their inability to engage and assist is staggering.

App is super easy to use, collect stamps and link your payment card to.

App hellishly and needlessly complicated

We have 2 x £20 gift cards. Both loaded onto app and printed hard copies which two cafe Neros have refused to accept. Both of the accompanying £5 vouchers were accepted without issue

So far my experience with this app and its thoroughly implemented features is really good. And I am someone who usually finds fault in similar apps.

I have just been served by Greta in the Tate’s Avenue branch. She was working really hard, making orders whilst welcoming new customers and training a new staff member. Even though she was extremely busy, she remained calm and was pleasant and welcoming throughout. A really good employee who should be highly valued. Thanks for the.
