Is there an option to change the language?

App works well and I love the built in loyalty card as a I never carry physical loyalty cards. Would be nice to be able to tap to pay but the most important missing feature is the ability to tip. It would be nice to be able to set a preset tip percentage and have it apply automatically.

Ordered on the app 2 brewed coffees. I got to the store 5min past the time the app said my order would be ready. Went to the take out spot and was told they don’t have brewed coffee since the brewer is broken. They offered to make cafe americanos as a substitute but now I have to wait until they finish other orders which is ok since they didn’t know if I would want them as a substitute. I get them and leave the store then realize I they are not made right. I go back to get it fixed. Getting coffee should not be this complicated. I wouldn’t mind but it always seems like this store has a process issue. Maybe they are still working out the kinks.

Randomly kicked me out of the app after placing an order that completed my stamp card. I cannot log back in even when i press forgot password and enter my account email, no reset password message is sent. Ive tried deleting and redownloading the app and nothing works
