Tiene un robot chat q las ayudar que proporciona son más cero…. Tienen un personal de seguridad al cliente que su fuerte es colgar las llamas antes de dar alguna solución y ellos mismos reciben las quejas … y adivinen cuál es el grupo cualificado para resolver esas quejas 😹😹😹😹 el mismo personal de servicios aclimates te envía un correo electrónico en cuestión de minutos…. Donde la respuesta emitida por la entidad bancaria ante la caja es: vayan a q se las chupen .. acá solo queremos vuestro dinero para moverlo con fines particulares de los corredores de bolsa de NY

Entro en un nuevo dispositivo e intento ponerlo como principal, y se queda pillado en el mensaje de hay un dispositivo te vamos a mandar un código

Nunca funciona bien. Te pregunta las credenciales 100 veces, te dice que no son correctas, actualizas, te dice que no son correctas, se bloquea….. es horrible. Lástima que la tenga que utilizar por obligación para hacer algunas gestiones con mi banco…. Es horrible…..

Nunca sabes el saldo real
Vengo de otro banco y veo diferencias grandes, primero no me sale el saldo real que tengo y aparte los cargos aunque te lo descuentan para saber el saldo real tienes que echar número, es tan difícil poner el saldo al día de hoy

Es horrible todas las app de CaixaBank necesitas 2 app que luego funcionan fatal para entrar, no te deja cambiar nada si es que logras entrar claro!, vamos, espero que mejoren porque se te quitan las ganas de estar en este banco.
