Servicio público básico inaccesible!
Cuando CaixaBank Sign deja de funcionar en tu móvil, e incluso si borras el App, la versión web NO te deja confirmar operaciones. A veces no te deja ni entrar, si tienes que confirmar que eres tú por “motivos de seguridad”.
Es decir, una vez descargada CaixaBank Sign, se convierte en la ÚNICA forma de hacer trámites en tu banca digital; no hay marcha atrás; y al dejar de funcionar esta App o al borrarla, YA NO PUEDES HACER ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA.
Lo único que puedes hacer es comprar un nuevo móvil, más moderno, aunque no quieras y no puedas permitirte semejante gasto.
Otra vez, CaixaBank en su afán por ganar premios en “innovación tecnológica”, contribuye a la brecha digital, dejando inaccesible lo que es un servicio básico, público, universal y esencial - convirtiéndolo en un servicio que sólo está disponible para los que pueden costearse un nuevo móvil cada dos por tres.

Why do I have to jump between sign and Bank app all the time to do any operation and it takes forever to load anything?

The app is very easy to use, quick and user friendly.
No support
When the app works, it is great. When you have a problem or you need to speak to someone, that is impost. There is no way of contacting anyone and when you finally get someone they tell you nothing and are no help. Not impressed.
