C'est la première application que je trouve qui propose des exercices pour tout les niveaux... Tout est là sauf les exercices de planche alors je met 4 étoiles mais je mettrai 5 quand la planche sera ajouter au exercices.

Update... What has happened? I purchased almost all of the options and now their is no option to run the workout? I'm not seeing it. I started off being a fan, but the app isn't working well, some bugs and it's getting confusing. ---- I love the app so far and have spent the extra money on the extra exercises. I'm glad to support the developer. I would like to come beck and review it with 5 stars when the app gets developed further. Great start!

This is an awesome app. Lots of really great work. There’s nothing with rings (hopefully will be added someday), but there’s a nice feature where you can add your own movements.

Great exercises and good pace to make your goals accesible.

I’ve been using this app for years and love it! It is still updated regularly and the creator often incorporates user feedback to make it better. If your a fan of convict conditioning or progressive calisthenics this is a must have app.

The new logo and the drawings of the application are ridiculous / horrible. The old design looked professional the new one looks super cheap.
