Buggy app. I spent 20 minutes trying to order through it, deleted and reinstalled it, no luck. Website it is then! Oh, it is more expensive than ordering thorough Deliveroo even with full delivery fee. Food arrives in a bag that tries to emotionally manipulate you to use their app as they don’t make money through Deliveroo. Well, Camile, have a working app and maybe be cheaper if I order directly?!? Well deserved one star.

Spent 30 minutes trying to order on the app. I was literally unable to place my order because the basket icon was greyed (along with many other bugs). Eventually gave up and ordered from elsewhere.

Never works - a waste of time trying to get an order together only for the entire thing to crash or just timeout . You can never make the savings they harp on about by using the app because it conveniently doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time with this, it’s pretty embarrassing for Camile.

On installing it insists on precise location mapping. No option to turn this on, location mapping is on by default. So specific properties don’t have this option. Used to order Camille via Deliveroo. Had a bunch of friends around and had downloaded the app. These preventable glitches wasted a lot of time (re-downloading app and trying to debug it.) Ordered elsewhere on Deliveroo.

Great food awful app… I keep wasting my time trying to order food through the app and then unable to pay for it, enter card details then It just hangs for half an hour, then nothing… have I paid for it? Have I not?… don’t know. I have finally deleted the app off my phone. Don’t waste your time with it.

I live across the road from Camile Thai on Battersea Park Road. I thought maybe they’d closed down in the past few days as they weren’t listed on the app. I just ordered direct with the web browser (as I wanted to collect). App devs - don’t launch if it’s not ready.

Every time I get to checkout and try to pay it freezes and crashes. Every. Single. Time. Just doesn’t work at all.

Just downloaded the app for iPhone. It keeps hanging. Shame about the half price offer, back to my bookmarked page and saved orders….

This app is utterly useless. It insists on my signing in to apply a voucher but rejects my login. It offers to send a reset link which is never sent.
