Unable to receive scan files
Using canon print business apps to scan document in printer but file not able to receive at phone. But others who using iPhone 13 are able to receive. Mine is iPhone 14 Pro Max. Please help to look into it. Thanks

Canon PRINT Business is a free application that enables you to use a Canon laser multi-function device or laser printer to print photographs and documents, read scanned data, and upload to cloud storage services, etc. from an iPhone or iPad.
Main Features
- Print scanned data, images, documents, camera roll photos, and web pages.
- Read scanned data from a multi-function device.
- Image capture with a camera.
- Work with files in local or cloud storage.
- Automatically detect multi-function devices and/or printers on a network, or manually search for them by specifying an IP address or DNS.
- Search multi-function devices and/or printers with Bluetooth.
- Touch the mobile terminal to log in to the multi-function device and/or printer (Bluetooth installed machine).
- Register multi-function devices and/or printers with a QR code.
- Check the print settings, and print data held in a multi-function device or printer.
- Use the address book of a mobile terminal in place of the address book registered in a multi-function device.
- Check the condition of a multi-function device or printer in detail, such as device status etc., via its Remote UI.
- Support VoiceOver (some English and Japanese screens only)
- Use the Remote Operation function to display the control panel of the multi-function device and/or printer on a mobile terminal.
- Use the app to copy, send faxes, or scan and send by e-mail from a multi-function device or printer.

Required Conditions
- Your iPhone or iPad must be connected to a wireless LAN access point.
- Your multi-function device and the access point must be connected by LAN or wireless LAN.

NOT SUPPORT AIRPRINT IOS
LBP6030w/6018w printer not support IOS. APP LINKED with Printer but Printer AirPrint Not Found. I’m not sure Canon have any intentions to doing IOS users business? Just an app to communicate with AIRPRINT with IOS can’t develop?

Scan problem with iPhone 11 Pro
Can not scan using iPhone 11 Pro. Can we have an update for that please?
Cannot communicate with Printer?!?!?
I have strong wifi signal. I have updated the printer and the app to the latest versions. I have restarted the printer numerous times. I have restarted my phone even.. Result is... cannot communicate with printer. What the help?!?!?!? So stupid 3 minute scanning task became a more than 3 hours troubleshooting task. 👎🏻 thanks for wasting my time canon. Should consider name change to Canot.

So so, not user friendly
Not user friendly enough, slow, perhaps can refer to other competitors’ apps. I personally into Ricoh, their apps is good but supplier suddenly replace a Canon machine for me and said the model we using is too old.
Better UI
Much more user friendly compared to previous versions. App feels smoother.
