Capital One Auto Navigator

Very good app pleasant to navigate and easy to use, compared to other apps

I love using the Auto Navigator app but I do wish you could share entire saved lists instead of car by car. Would also be extremely nice to have the saved lists transfer from app to app since I have it on iPhone and iPad and my lists are not on both.

I had high hopes for this app. I have credit cards with Capital One and I used to work for them so I really wanted to use them to shop for a new car. I got a pre-approval on the website but I find the website hard to use and for some reason my search keeps getting lost so I have to search again. I thought trying the app might be easier but when I sign in and click to find my pre-approval and add it to my search, it never finds it. I let it search for five minutes once. So right now the website and the app are kind of useless to me. Anyone else having this issue? I’ve uninstalled and reset my phone a few times. Still doesn’t work.

Iam a account holder and the just get people to dealerships I ask how does it work and the game start bad experience with capital one auto navigator an the bank an it’s entirely today I was profiled

This app is frustrating, it takes me in circles. I’m already pre qualified and it keeps asking me to connect my pre qualification and I enter my zip and social and it says “done and connected” yet when I go to search for a car it asks if I want to prequalify and then when I say already pre qualified it just takes me in circles ughhh

Saved cars and searches aren’t truly saved. You’ll have to redo the filters every time.

The app has been great to use for the most part and very user friendly. The reason for the 3 star review is that favorites doesn’t seem to work so it’s frustrating to have to do the same search over and over again to get back to the cars I’m interested in. Fix that glitch and I’ll happily fix my rating.

Dealers still charge additional fees on top of the advertisement. Be careful.

This transaction was absolutely easy, pre- approved with my down payment. Uploaded all documents online, didn’t have to anything except test drive a couple cars and swipe my card. Capital One offered me the best rates!!!!
