Today makes the 3rd order that I have made in the last month or so and I haven’t received points for ANY of them. I have make attempts to contact support and ask that my points be added with no success! Why have points if they are not added when you order?

I usually receive several errors before actually being able to add to the cart. I wasn’t able to use Apple Pay bc of an error.

I’ve had an account forever but after the last update I’ve had to generate a new one. Once created they send a verification email. once you verify the email, the app should acknowledge the request and allow you to login, but the app just sits there and doesn’t nothing at all and if you reboot the app and try and login with your new information it acts like you never created an account at all. Irredeemably useless.

Every time I try to place an order with this app it says error and I’ve been trying for weeks now

Well Let’s say I was having a wonderful day, Just had got done work and was excited for my food the service was awfully disrespectful and i un organized. The drive thru was absolutely 100% terrible they asked me 12 times for my order and had zero manners. Threw my food all over inside the box it was a mess. And don’t get me started on the attitude that was presented from the cashier Didn’t get any words just my total. And ONLY FILLED MY TEA where i had 3 sips First Time Eating here and will be my last.Now have a lovely day fish shop.

Not user friendly. Little direction.

App won’t let me create an account just says to answer all required fields (which I did). Started an order as a guest and wouldn’t let me checkout. It says “there’s been an error processing your request. This error has been logged”. If you like fast food apps to waste time just to look at the menu setup a cart and pickup time only to not allow you checkout this app is for you. This is the second time I have tried in the last couple months so it’s been an occurring issue for me.

Did you actually pay a developer for this app? Amateurish to say the least. It suggested I add drinks to my order for $0. I tried to add drinks but the button did nothing. Apple Pay didn’t work, it just logged an error (again). I tried to pay manually with a saved credit card and it added a penny to the bill! My local store has no curbside option but there’s no way to tell the app I want to pick up at the drive thru window… last time I waited in line only to be told I had to pick up in-store.

Won’t even let me make an account. Keeps telling me to fill out all the required fields. I did. Multiple times.

This app is useless.
