Repeat problems with app saying the daily limit of adding receipts has been reached when none have been added. Then it passes the 72hrs to add. Very frustrating!!

Unless Hardee’s shrink its menu to a dozen items (including breakfast), this app doesn’t give you near a full menu. Absolute waste of time. Go yourself and order or just go somewhere else. They aren’t worth your business anymore.

Orders at wrong location after selecting different location. Cancel button wouldn’t work to cancel order. No phone number to contact the manager on receipt. App doesn’t work properly

I downloaded the app because I saw an ad for free chicken tenders. But I saw the promotion had ended. I created an account anyway, and I saw in the offers that there is a coupon for “make a purchase and get a free sandwich”. I tried to use the coupon at the store, but it was not redeemable. I even spoke to the manager of the store and she said that I cannot use that coupon unless I buy my sandwich through the app, even though the coupon in the app clearly gave me the option to use the code in the restaurant. Now I’m moving onto McDonalds, who will earn my business instead.

App is empty. Cannot choose a store or see any food. Uninstalled iPhone 14+

Not all the menu items or deals on the app. Find better deals at the actual restaurant. Also when you try to get them to scan the code before paying it didn’t work and there was no way to put in the receipt information afterwards to earn the points from purchase. A lot of updates need to be made to the app.

no locations show up and orders can’t be made through the app or site.

This app should be removed from the store. The app charges you for onion rings $1.30. And then the store does not have them and they cannot refund your money. This app is a total scam. There is no way to get a hold of anybody to get a refund on food you were charged for and didn’t get.
