It definitely needs more tip and information, like it says build fitness but doesn’t explain it, but it does amazing at tracking. If we can get explanations of what everything means, that would be great, I know it’d be a lot of work but this app doesn’t have a manual on the app or website so some terms google can’t even tell me about because it’s just within the app. Thank you so much! Love the app and I hope your app helps so many people! Subscribed to it for a year!

Helpful
It’s good in theory and selects reasonable HR variables to assess. Feedback is flawed by a not very subtle sex bias in which it seems to be using young male norms for everyone. This may incorrectly prompt women to think a heart rate of 70 is elevated — which is not medically sound at all!!! This inaccurate bias became well know by the 1980s with concerted effort by the AHA, NIH and many researchers since then to correct it. 60-70 bpm is NOT the average heart rate for women. Please get some input from better qualified physiologists and physicians.
It helps me track my afib
No more HRV ? Basically copies health app data. Not really a necessary app.
Because the heart rate graphs are poorly designed and so small they lack detail and readability. The heart rate detail scroll option (blinks the heart rate for a second and is gone) the time and date is not specified just generalized. It’s just bad. Apple Health has a much better format that makes it at least look legitimate. While this app may give you a few extra readings not found on Apple health it seems hardly worth it.
I wouldn’t complain if the fully functional app was free. But since it cost money, I would like to be able to use the Calendar for the average heart rate without it, crashing the app every time
