Atención al cliente de Carla es pésimo, te cobran un seguro para el auto pero no te dan ningún comprobante entonces la compañía que te alquila autos te vuelve a cobrar el seguro obligatorio para conducir. Carla no te da un teléfono ni una dirección, no existen. Dejan de responderte los mails cuando les reclamas. Una vergüenza, de 290 usd termine pagando 540 usd

I rented a car through Carla, and an issue happened with the third party rentals, but just when I contacted Carla, Mert and Lera resolved the issue and made me feel that I am a valuable customer. I will choose only Carla in my future reservations. Thanks again, you are the BEST.

One of worst rental car app, why? They don’t have a call support weekends, I’m a fool, I did 6 time rental with this app and always had a problem, most of the situation was with Insurance payments. But the last one was funny. I rental a gasoline car and Carla rented me a electric car! And the company doesn’t have a similar car as I booked, because Carla rented me a electric car…. I rented a $160 dollars car, in to the end I paid $1k dollars for the same period of resarvation. So, never again.

Worst company I have ever interacted with. They keep your money even if you cancel an hour after booking. Even if when reserving it states “Flexible Cancellation”. I would never book through them again! Quite literally the worst Custumer service experience of my life. Additionally, phone lines do not work therefore you are stuck trying to solve your issues over email, in which they response every time a day later.

Very effective and quick service, also they’re customer care team is exceptional. They reply to your emails quickly. Special thanks to Nicole from the Carla team for being so helpful and replying to my emails swiftly. 5 stars all the way!

This app is to expensive to rent from, I seen Toyotas starting from 300+ that’s crazy…. I the lowest I seen was 200+ a day at that……DELETING THE APP

I have used Carla to rent my cars over a year now. It was easy to build up my Carla cash because when you rent you earn money towards your next rental. I’m a Carla Plus member so once a month I earn $19 . I haven’t paid for a rental in over 7 months. It’s the best and only app I will use!
