Carla Car Hire

Not a reliable service, I booked a car in London through Carla App, Carla gave the terms, I agreed and paid, at pickup stage, the code for car key pickup box did not work, Contacted Carla and the rental company which Carla had given, rental company wanted to change contract agreed with Carla ( increasing cost) I refused to accept change, and telephonically cancelled the contract to which the renting company agreed, informed Carla and asked for refund, Carla insists on me accepting a voucher to be used in future, as I insist on money back due yo breach of contract, Carla has stopped responding and is not returning the money. I recommend one should directly book with reliably brands who take there reputation seriously. I finally booked with Enterprise and had a awesome experience.

Don’t waste your hard earned money on this fraud app. They don’t even have a customer care where you can talk to them directly. First they take your booking and afterwards at the time of booking the car rental company charges you 3-4 times more then your actual booking amount. It’s unbelievable why apple is even allowing this kind of spam apps on their app store. Apple please at least check if the apps are authentic or not.

Awesome app

This company is a scam do not download this app save your self lot of money it's a total scam . I booked a car for 12 days for 320 € ended up paying 700 . RED ALERT you cannot even call them because no phone number exist The charges I'm talking about is a charge I had literally had no option there as no other cars available at such short notice . You guys are a scam . First of all it's your job to inform me that the rental car will be picking you up . I had no communication from you end by your so called human sitting and doing it's job on the other end of the machine and not phone . I waited for 4 hours because I could not call you a company that had no phones . What I purchase from them is out of no choice because you. Is informed me because you have no phone and because you have no clue not did you even try to reason for your customer . It would have been courteous on your end to fix issues but you simply did to care . So get your act together and then update you review . You scam people into showing low cost and then the final price is doubled I don't see any other reviews otherwise .

I rented a car through Carla, and an issue happened with the third party rentals, but just when I contacted Carla, Mert and Lera resolved the issue and made me feel that I am a valuable customer. I will choose only Carla in my future reservations. Thanks again, you are the BEST.
