when using scripts saved as a .py, it does not allow you to run it. it will only allow scripts saved as .ipynb to run using the kernel. would be nice if you could run .py files, especially if they’re over 500+ lines long
Wrote some code taking for granted I’d be able to look at it later. Looked the following day and it’s now gone can’t find at all and no support. Just found others that can’t find their files anymore either. Don’t waste your time, it looks like the good reviews are 2 years old!
Fails to open notebook
Just discovered this invaluable little gem, can’t believe this is free, has no ads and no in-app purchase! Thank you Dev.
As far as I can see - no in-app purchases. And even if there was - I can test out lines with no issues or pop-ups just like I do in jupyter notebook on Mac/Windows. Perfect.
Keeps not saving work, and then it goes. Sometimes gets into a state where it keeps inserting the previous line every time you type a letter on the keyboard. iPad Pro 12.9 2020
The app has got a very good potential, however it has got too many bugs! Documents fail to save, very strange errors show up. Needs a proper look at!
Overall it's amazing because you can actually edit and run code on the go and easily , there is a beautiful user interface and it's efficient.
It even has Bokeh... now I am really happy! Well done indeed.
IMHO the interface is better in this one than in the other paid IDE. Developer you should charge something for this and other tool you have made, I am worried that free tools may be abandoned at some point I hope not. You certainly did a very good job here! Waiting for more great tools from you :) hopefully not free. For me such notebooks really good to work on some algorithms in the evenings that later I can implement in other languages in real applications. (Currently I am using different tool, due to scipi support) But if you don't need scipi this one is perfectly fine.
