The board game:

It has said the servers are currently at maximum capacity every time I have tried to play this game for the past several weeks. Maybe you need to upgrade your servers to a bigger capacity of players??

Great game but terrible app - won’t load after 3 days

Loved the board game but after 3 days it won’t load and is completely unresponsive- useless and frustrating

Connection to server.

I am having great trouble to connect and stay connected to the server. It keeps disconnecting sadly. I have tried several things but nothing seems to make the connection better.

Glitches make this game unenjoyable

My friend and I love playing this game however the glitches have made it unplayable. Every second game it will glitch out. Bots either continue to spam the same trade with their turn timer resetting each time or the game seems to rubberband, allowing you to make a turn but then kicking you out of the game to come back to where you were before your game. Competitive play is compromised due to the glitching. I try to put up with the glitching until it resolves itself however it never does and I have to end up leaving, reducing my Elo. Well designed app however not functional.

New update has made the game stop working

The recent update has been terrible. I am unable to start games. Reinstalling doesn’t work, I can play one game and then it’s glitchy again.

Unusable

Currently the app continuously tries to load through never connects.

Paid features gone

I paid for the base game and recently encountered the "find running game" glitch. After I deleted the app and reinstall it, my profile is reset and the paid features gone. This is very frustrating and even I emailed them I am yet to get reply from them.

Game is so buggy it’s beyond a joke

I don’t know why I even bother to play anymore. Went to play after not playing for weeks, and both of my suns were grey. Apparently used 2hrs ago. (Impossible) so I go to log in with my second account, and apparently it’s just disappeared. Tried to reset the password as it doesn’t recognise the one saved and it refuses to send the code to my email. So I create a new account. That sun has disappeared too. Apparently used 2hrs ago on an account that’s 5 minutes old. 🙄 This happens way too often with this app, and it’s just ridiculous. The developer needs to actually do their job and fix all the problems in the app.

Alas I have become a 3 star reviewer

I love this game but the glitches are so annoying. I’ve noticed lately you can only play one game then it’ll time out and say “finding running game” so I’ll have to delete the ap and reinstall it. Otherwise the graphics are the best and love all the different game variations available.

Stole my payment

I paid for ‘the game’ then was prompted to make an account, after making an account the original payment disappeared. Support email has ignored me. Really frustrating
