Lost my main game and expansion after app crashed
I could no longer play the game. I lost all my purchased main game and expansion packs after the game had glitches which said game was outdated. Pls restore my purchases.
Cant log in
Cant play the game. It says my app is out dated when I try to log in. App is updated, software is updated too.
Full of glitches
Would be such a great game to play with friends but if the developers wouldn't be clueless idiots. Nonstop glitches and everything gets worse by each update. Friendlists are almost always unavailable, if it's working then different error code shows. If there are some miracle and everyone can get into the same gameroom then the server freeze and you will be kicked out. I wish the same to happen for the developers
Useless
The app is useless. I am not able to play at all. It keeps saying the server is at its maximum capacity. And if by any chance I am able to login, it disconnects me when I try to create a match saying cannot connect to server. Can you please fix this?????????????
Used to be OK (with several bugs)… now useless.
1. Why must we login EVERY time we open the app? Takes so long. 2. Multiplayer is completely gone — just unusable. 3. Every time the app is switched, you’re taken to a screen with no exit to menu option… just shows the other players and you then are forced to quit —> then have to sign in AGAIN. So disappointing. I even purchased every expansion and upgrades.

Gold is not credited
I purchased 3000 gold twice and it says purchase successful but the gold is not credited to my account. It’s just loading. Please help!
Login and Connection Problem
I love using the app, but it take sooo long to login. It also says its offline, even though my ipad is connected to the internet. Please fix these issues soon. i love the app, but will probably get sick off it is these issues continue to persist.
App crashes
I gave 4 stars for the reason mentioned above. I really like the game but it occasionally crashes, which really annoys me. I hope you can do something about it. Thanks.
