Description
The CBP One™ app serves as a single portal to a variety of CBP services allowing users to be quickly and conveniently directed to the features they need by answering a series of guided questions.
CBP One ™ currently has two features available, with more features being rolled out over the next year.
· The Inspection Appointment request feature allows brokers/carriers/forwarders to use their mobile device to request an inspection for perishable cargo entering the U.S. They will also be able to receive real-time status updates regarding their appointment requests, or chat with a CBP Agriculture Specialist if additional information is needed from them.
· The I-94 feature allows travelers to apply and pay for their I-94 up to seven days prior to their arrival in the U.S. at a Port of Entry (POE). CBP One™ also provides access to a digital copy of their I-94 and up to 5 years of travel history. The I-94 feature is a mobile version of the I-94 application process and information that can also be found on the I-94 website at https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home.
· The "Check Your Trusted Traveler Programs Status" feature allows travelers to check the status of an existing Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) application and membership using CBP One™. Also, TTP applicants that have scheduled a remote interview can attend their interview using CBP One™.
Features rolled out over the next year will benefit Small Vessel Operators, Bus Operators, Aircraft Operators, Seaplane Pilots, commercial truck drivers and Commercial Vessel Operators.
CBP One™ I-94 is available nationwide. However, the ability to make appointments for perishable cargo is available at participating Ports of Entry (POE) only, please contact your POE for more information.

Won’t work
It asks for an update even when I am on the latest version. You have to sign in every time you use the app. Impossible to use.
Could easily become much more useful than it is right now
Right now the app feels more or less like a mobile-friendlier version of the CBP website, with the catch that you have to log in every time you want to use it, even for features that normally don’t require an account. Considering that you do have to log in, what would really make it more useful is if you could save your visas/documents and access them quickly and in one place (as the app’s name implies). For example, when you need proof of having a valid I-94 or want to access your travel history, it would be nice not to have to re-enter your entire details over and over, but have them just available via some sort of dashboard. I assume that someone had a look at Canada’s ArriveCan and similar apps when planning this, and I think ArriveCan is a perfect example of how a few minor changes could turn this into something far more useful in practice.

Can not enter Canada Zip
Only numbers allowed when entering the zip code for Current address. Canada do not have the zip for numbers and how can I enter it??

Doesn’t read and scan Singapore passport
Lots of bugs in app
When you try to add any traveller info., country of issuance for passport shows “Ukraine” as default. It won’t let you change. Very bad app, can’t use it.
Doest work if you have >1 passport
App doest seem to validate the travel document if your valid visa is on an expired passport and you have a new passport now. Hopefully this is fixed in future app updates.
App is broken v2.3
Shouldn't an app provide a purpose? Report My Arrival, Report My Departure shows "Coming Soon..feature" as of v2.3 Maybe u guys can test your apps before releasing them?
