シンガポール出張時の必須アプリ
Grabを利用できない日本人ユーザーが渡星時にタクシーを捕まえるために必須のアプリです。GPS情報が少々粗いものの、ユーザー側の対応で何とかなるレベルです。普通の住宅地など、タクシースタンドがない場所で乗車する際に何度もこのアプリに救けてもらいました。アプリ内でクレカ決済できるのもよいですね。
Can’t register a foreign mobile number
That should be made clear in the description in the Apps store, otherwise you end up wasting a lot of time re-entering your phone number for the SMS message that never comes.

Normal iPhone but can open after update

アプリの地図上でGPSが指し示す場所を指定する→数10メートルずれる / アプリの地図を動かして自分が立ってる場所を地図上で指定する→数10メートルずれる / コメント欄にバス停など目印を指定する→ドライバーが見ない / 結論:アプリ上でタクシーの現在位置がわかるので自分がそこに移動すれば乗れます
Doesn’t launch
Freezes at launch screen. One of the worst app ever.
Worst app I have ever used
I got canceled 3 times for a ride. And one even has a promotion code. Within 10 mins. This is truly amazing and never using this app again

suddenly my apps crashed. when i register my mobile number again, it is still crash. but when register other mobile no, can use. i send co mfort to check the reason, but no reply. very bad service.
complete garbage
The app keeps crashing; completely useless.
What have happened?
After the update I couldn’t use the comfort app while traveling to Singapore (it stopped to activate?) and had to rely on Grab to solve the emergency situation
