CDG Zig – Taxis, Cars & Buses

Been trying several times to register as an NZ tourist, to no avail. After requesting my mobile number the system just fails to send a confirmation sms. Use Grab instead, at least registering with them works.

I wanted to use the app for all my transport / taxis in Singapore but even though it says it accepts overseas numbers I can’t setup or activate the app. Every time it says it will send the verification code for setup it never does. Have tried every possible number format and yet still no luck. There is no other options to set it up either. Waste of time

What once was a world leading Taxi App has been upgraded to a dysfunctional app. The location finder is wrong a lot. It is clunky, slow and hard to use compared with its predecessor. If it were not for work charge card I would use Grab over Comfort every time. Grab App is far superior, their cars are cleaner, Drivers are more professional and competent. I feel safer in a Grab vehicle in nearly every experience so far.

The old app worked almost ok. New app seems harder to navigate. Upgrade removed all favourite addresses, and since last update keeps crashing. With a new operator arriving in SG this seems to be a bad move.

I agree totally with the other reviews, this app is a storybook example of how NOT to upgrade an app. Golden rule is make it better, not worse. The new version fails that on many levels. Here are a few of them. 1 The interface is a MESS. The old one, while not perfect, was much easier to follow and use. And more attractive. (Why do developers think a white background is somehow cooler?) 2 Favourites – See the other reviews. 3 reinstate the reverse direction arrows to enable easy access to a return journey bookings. 4 it took me almost 10 minutes of trying to make a booking yesterday. The app was fixated on journey points that I didn’t want, and wouldn’t allow me to change. I had to quit the app several times. 5 sometimes I want to get rid of everything except the map in order to increase its size, but this is not possible. 6 I couldn’t find the History button or the Settings button etc So, overall, a big fail. Better to reinstate the previous version, and save money on developer fees.

This app was fantastic.....while it lasted. I travel in Singapore regularly and this taxi app was perfect for our teams frequent bookings. However after about 8 weeks use, the app shutdown with the message; “You can no longer make bookings with this mobile device” This is where comfortdelgro become the most useless company I have ever felt with No technical support, no one could help or even understand what the issue was. I requested an email address where I could sent a screen shot of the problem..... no email help possible ! Sent a feedback email to company requesting help, and never heard back from them. Deleted the app, updated my iOS, cleared my cache, tried everything, but same dumb message with no explanation or help. No wonder Uber is becoming so strong as this app is useless. Don’t waste your time with it.

Suggest to have the app select suitable or type of driver’s such as friendly, chatty, calm or humorous etc. based on preference or past feedback.
