Keep searching for a taxi no matter how many times I exited

Please fix the issue.

Cab drivers being choosey

They’re always either not on their apps or they’re choosing rates. When you need a cab and most of the time they wont come due to lower rates. Serve them right for not having businesses.

Downgrading of zig reward points

ComfortDelGro downplayed the zigrewards points. I supposed to have more than 3k points and now only 1.9k not only that as an elite , from 6 points earning now only 4 points . Gosh . Is ComfortDelGro getting poorer that they need to rob ? I only heard and experienced a company only upgrade or shut off their rewards programme never heard of downgrading as it’s a tactics for recurring customers . Omg . Wake up ComfortDelGro.

Unfriendly and not useful

In the end, I switch to grab app instead. Better go research grab app to better understand and improve your app!

Booking never accepted

Every time I try to book, bookings are almost never accepted even though the app shows at least 8-10 drivers available inside the pickup radius. But to my surprise when I use Grab, more often than not a CDG taxi shows up for pickup. What is the point of booking through this app when bookings are not prioritised through the app?

App allow driver to cancel with no penalty

Worst among all PHV app!! Driver cancel on me when they are about to reach.

Terrible app

No records of bookings in progress or history. Notification pop up but when inside the app no update of notification. I had made advanced booking but there’s no record and no confirmation of driver. So I got a taxi on the day itself. Then suddenly the advanced booking driver came. First time using this app and an unpleasant one.

System always down

Get your backend system more stable! I wont use it after my kids grow up.

Watch out for unexplained app purchases

Use the app for taxi services around SGP. One day I checked my bank statement and found 90 dollars of in app charges to CDG. How did this happen? No idea! The company refused to refund the charges so I had to eat my way through the restaurant vouchers in the next couple of months 😂
