He had so much wisdom to offer. His teachings are a blessing straight from heaven. The app is good but I needed to hear and understand more about centering prayer in order to fully benefit from this practice. Again, so grateful for the free teachings recorded of him that are online.

I’ve used this app since it came out. I really enjoy how customizable it is, including the colors for each season, the scripture verses in themes, and the variation of different sounds. As a psychotherapist and spiritual Director I’m always working with people who I introduce to CenteringPrayer. The app is one of the first things I direct them to since it includes the four guidelines and it’s so easy to use.
I have trouble organizing and remembering and centering prayer centers me. I love Thomas Keating’s prayers, and all the music. The prayers at beginning and end are Beauuuuuutifuulllllllllll !

I’ve been doing Centering Prayer for a very long time. This app makes it so much easier to implement a daily practice. There are many ways to customize your sits to your specific needs and preferences. It even allows the user to get more information and connect with the resources of the Contemplative Outreach community, if needed. I rely on it every day. What a blessing!
I’ve been doing centering prayer every morning using the app. I don’t start my day with out it. So helpful for my spiritual life. I use the ending with Father Thomas saying the Lord’s Prayer. I wish that would be offered today as a ending prayer. Mine started many years ago. My friends can’t use it as it’s not offered. Please put it back as a choice for ending prayer. So helpful to hear Thomas’s voice.
App is great, but it would be great if the app was on my watch. Running apps, workout apps, etc., but no prayer apps…
I am more able to be still and connect to the God of my understanding by using this app. My days are fuller and richer
I very much prefer the timer in this app over other apps that seem to turn meditation into a competition by showing you your consecutive days and accumulated minutes etc. This app focuses on facilitating centering prayer in a very effective way. I enjoy the option of adding a simple verse to begin and my favorite ending sound is the closing bell with Thomas Keating slowly reciting the Lord’s Prayer.
