1)Downloading offline videos gets stuck sometimes and no matter what u do, doesn’t progress or start again from beginning. 2)The video seek bar is very low placed, difficult to seek it back and forth, also at corners it tries to take screenshot(as it is a gesture in ipad) rather than seeking the video forward. 3) The cerebellum intro video, sound is very loud and too much irritating . 4) Would like a discussion section for qbank.
This app doesn't work flawlessly even once. Every time i open this it has one or other issues. Mainly staying connected to internet. It fails launching videos 10 out of 10 times i try. Very very very poor and dissatisfied experience.
Very poor customer care response and service
I am a premium user, this app needs so many bugs correction, am tired of notifying to the developers still it’s the same.
Bugs! Bugs!! Bugs!!! Almost 2 years since the launch of the app yet no improvement in app appearance, user interface. Instead of fixing UI these guys have put limits on downloads. 🤦🏾♂️
VideoPlayer is Lagging, seek forward and backward options are very bad, video never opens where it was left last and it is a very difficult and irritating task to navigate through the video. Marrow, Dams all have better video interface. Really need to improve the video player, given the hefty amount that cerebellum is charging
Shows Network error but all my other apps work just fine
Content of the app is wonderful but the UI and the interface don’t make justice to it.
App doesnt show progress of syllabus covered total percentage of videos and GTs are not shown hence difficult to assess progress
faculty is good but the app itself is full of malware very unpleasant to study ,no support team is available on time ,minus star for this unpleasant,full of glitch and malware app ,plz plz improve app quality ..
