I started my new program last week, but unfortunately my calendar doesn't show what I've done so far. Everything was deleted. :(
The workouts and info are 5 star awesome. However some app functionality could be very much improved The filter function is not working as expected for instance I filter on “bodyweight” and “lower body” and it shows me ALL workouts where there is a bodyweight excercise included - which is pretty much all of the dumbell workouts including upper body bodyweight workouts. When using this combo of filters I would expect only to see pure bodyweight sessions for the lower body…. PLEASE fix this! Also the buttons on my bluetooth headset to pause the workout etc is not working yet. This is distracting as I have to physically go to my device to pause it. It works on all other fitness apps like Les Mils, movies, YouTube etc so it should be pretty standard
Workouts are good but for the price the app just sucks. Streaming to chromecast doesnt work, it just hangs. Navigation is rough and the webapp is barely functional. Creditcard payment failed twice with an unknown error before it took, and cancelling afterwards gets stuck as well with no confirmation of ot went through. For the amount of money she charges you’d expect it to work better than her free stuff on youtube, and it’s infinitely worse instead.
I have been doing Caroline's workouts since they were only available on YouTube so glad to see there is now a dedicated app. Great content, it's really challenging but I can feel my body changing. 😁 What I would like to see (and it's currently missing) is the progress with doing a program. So to see I've done 5 workouts from the program and now I should be doing the 6th. There is nothing to keep track of that. It would also be nice to have the trainings in your calendar if you start a program. So you know Monday, Wednesday, Friday are workout days and the relevant training session is pre-assigned.
Started following Caroline’s exercises on YouTube, it did amazing things to my body and posture. I’m glad she made an app, I can take it everywhere 🤩
I’ve been working out with Caroline for a year through her YouTube channel, and finally decided to give the app a try — and I’m really glad I did! The app is super organized, easy to navigate, and I love the user-friendly interface. One of my favorite features is that each workout includes a warm-up, and I really appreciate the satisfying “completed” checkmark after finishing a session. That said, I usually combine strength training with HIIT or cardio, and I found it surprisingly difficult to locate enough of those workouts in the app. It would be amazing to have more cardio/HIIT content or, even better, a full program that integrates both strength and cardio. Hoping to see that in future updates!
I love Caroline Girvan on YouTube however her app would not work. It would ask me to pay even though I paid for the subscription. I was never able to use it. Would not purchase again
Just downloaded the app. Unable to sign up. Cant fill in the information to sign up.
Leaving a review so that hopefully app developers can make improvements-please add a feature to save a workout that’s only partially completed so I can pickup where I left off later that day! I’m a mom of 3 and often have to stop my home workouts when kids need me. However, even if I leave the app open hours later the workout is just gone forever and I have to try to remember where I left off. It’s also not intuitive to find the part where I see completed workouts so I can remember which number to do next.
I have tried several strength programs for older women. This one is by far the best., even though Caroline is years younger than me. Everything that bothered me about other programs seems to be perfect here, e.g., challenging yet doable, the ability to turn off the music yet still hear the countdown beeps, optional instructions before the workout starts, optional warmups and cooldowns, series with minimal home gym equipment. I could say more but I really think I have found the perfect strength workout. Thank you Caroline!
