Really love this app, it’s got lots of workouts plus knowledge and recipes. I do wish you could tick off the workouts you’d done though, I know you can view your workout history but I’d love it it whilst you’re browsing through workouts it showed which ones you’d done already. Only thing I don’t like is that I can’t cast it from my phone to my smart tv or load the web version on my tv so I’m stuck watching it on a phone.
Real feedback. Love Caroline’s workouts since 2020 and still doing them. Caroline and the workouts on the CGX app are great. But the CGX app’s connectivity limitations and my older (albeit not that old!) setup means I can’t connect it to my Apple TV, Samsung tv or cube fire tv which make it unusable for my situation. It’s disappointing so I remain a YouTube follower at this time.
The videos won’t stream to Apple TV and keep stopping. Such a shame as I am a big fan of Caroline’s work outs. Will stick to YouTube until the app is much improved.
I love CG workouts, they are fantastic! Unfortunately the app is very annoying, as you can only view articles etc in portrait mode. I’d like to be able to turn my device to landscape to read the articles and browse the app. Once you begin a workout it automatically does turn to landscape. This is very frustrating and has stopped me signing up again!
I have tried to get the subscription with my 3 debit card and it always says that “payment method not supported” All cards are valid for at least another year and have never had problems purchasing on Apple Store before.
Love Caroline’s workouts and the app has some good functions, only thing that’s a bit annoying is the workouts saved under “favourites” don’t load after a certain point in the list. So any new workouts you’ve saved under “favourites” won’t show.
I wish I could tick off the workouts I’ve done, it’s annoying trying to keep track of where I’m at if I don’t the workouts as they come out. I unsubscribed though because it’s the same workout over and over. It’s always lunges and bridges and shoulders. I don’t need to pay £80 for that. Sorry …
The app is still clunky for me. Every time I log in I have a message to check out the new Beastmode (I do, just to clear the notification but it’s there the next time too). No personal stats record for me - I can’t link my watch to show steps etc. The search function is clunky. I cannot cast to my tv which I find no issue with YouTube. It feels like I don’t have the latest version but it says it’s up to date..?
I have subscribed for the annual subscription. Was looking forward to the unleash challenge. I did 3 days of unleash. For my birthday I got a new phone. I installed CGX AAP on new phone and signed in using same email. It’s asking me to pay again to access workouts. I thought I was signed in my old phone that’s why. Logged out from old phone and still the same problem. So I logged back in from my old device again and even that phone does not allow me to access the workouts. I contacted support but have not had a reply back. I have missed out on my workouts as I was following the challenges with the community. I’m upset that I am now behind as I cannot access the workouts and no one has got back to me to help me.
Hey, I absolutely love the app and the content. I have worked through all the programs and today started the unleash series 💗 The one thing that I can’t seem to do is stream to my TV, is there a way of doing this? For some reason it will only stream the music, but I can stream YouTube and other apps compatible with streaming. It would be so much easier to see the workouts on a larger screen rather than my phone. Many thanks X
