• How does Laundryheap work?
Simply select the required services and choose the dates for collection & delivery, leaving any additional instructions for the driver. Following this, we’ll take care of everything else with the help of our partner cleaning facilities.
• What is the turnaround time?
For standard laundry and dry cleaning services, we have a monthly average of collecting and delivering within 24 hours. Note* duvet and bulky items may require additional time. We will always do our best to let you know in advance if you have included items that will require a longer processing time, or if there are any delivery changes to your order.
• Where do you clean my clothes?
After your items are collected by our driver, they are taken to one of our local partner facilities. Each order is processed separately - Laundry orders are weighed and cleaned, while all other services are individually itemized and processed.
• Can I provide my own detergent?
At this time, we do not offer the option for customers to provide their own laundry detergent, but please let us know if you are allergic to a certain type so we can make sure to avoid it.
• Do you wash my clothes with other people’s clothes?
Absolutely not. Each order is washed separately so no need to worry about that. Your clothes are safe with us!

Ruined and lost my things
Honestly, Laundryheap has been a joke. Their employees seem nice enough but they completely destroy wool - they stretched one of my sweaters an insane amount - and they lost my $400 vest. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. By the way, they will ask to investigate your item if it is damaged and see if they can fix it. I told them I really did not want them to take it unless they were sure it could be fixed - there were some tricks I wanted to try. They assured me they’d fix it, then told me they couldn’t and wouldn’t be giving back my sweater. Lastly my vest went missing, and I noticed later on. They asked how many hangers I had returned and then said my receipt said I had more hangers returned than garments in my order?!
Awful shady service - Rip Off
They will charge you for an entire 15lbs of laundry instead of charging by the pound if you are over the 15lbs minimum. That’s right. They give you a minimum amount that you have to give them and then if you go over that amount, even by 3 pounds they charge you for an entire 15 pounds of laundry again. This is very unclear in their pricing on their website and super shady. They listed the minimum and then the per pound price as if that’s what they’re gonna charge you if you go over. You get a charge for an entire 15 pounds because you threw in two towels. Do not give these people your money. $65 for 20 lbs of laundry. That’s $3.30/lb not the $2.19 listed on their app. Shady thieves.

A helpful service
I have always been satisfied with the service of the delivery people, and my laundry usually comes back in good shape. On the rare occasion when I’ve had problems, the customer service team has been responsive, but they have not always been as generous with rebates, reductions or other as I would’ve liked. Otherwise I continue to use the service and I’m pleased with the results overall.
Missing item
I sent out 4 items for laundry and one item for dry cleaning. The quality of the work was fine, but I only received 3 laundry items back. I am missing one cotton turtleneck, dusty rose color. And it’s difficult to find a way to report a missing item. Sorry, this is not acceptable.
