Worst customer service
I booked for 4 passenger and had purchased travel insurance in emergency. Later i called customer representative to move 1 person to earlier flight. He confirmed insurance can be carried forward to 4th person. Later flight got cancelled by carrier 5 hours before departure. Those passengers had to depart as they had funeral to attend next day of arrival and airline told them to wait for 7 days for next flight. I had to book another ticket through different company as cheapoair was really cheap and haven’t even listened to issue and kept saying flight is on time. 2 hours before departure they admitted flight getting cancelled. I purchased assistance package too for all passengers. It’s being 9 days and with multiple calls and chats I’m still struggling for refund. I won’t suggest to anyone in my life to use this airline at all. I’m down to 10k usd approx and still no assistance from this cheap company
BAD BAD SERVICE
I was charged the ticket price even though it getting canceled was not my fault. I was at the airport when they told me I can’t board it because I don’t have a USA visa, I called Cheapoair to try and find an alternate ticket to be able to fly but wasn’t lucky and they informed me they will not refund me 1400$ because it’s a none refundable ticket. I understand the none refundable concept I’m not an idiot, but it’s so misleading when you don’t mention it on your website that we need a visa to be able to simply transition through USA. Very very bad policy, cheapoair took 0 accountability or ownership of their mistake and said I booked it online that’s why it’s my fault. No dear, even if your customer reserved online, you are required by law to make them aware of every condition or do you just know how to highlight that the ticket is none refundable? I ended up paying an extra 2000$ to be able to fly and 76$ for talking to cheapoair for a total of 76mins on the phone. I should’ve known not to expect much from a company that charges you when you call them. Lastly they said we might be able to return your taxes for you but it’s not confirmed. I am very disappointed, I always bought my tickets from cheapoair and told me whole family about it. And to be very clear the poor agent was very helpful he had to stick to their policy so I’m not blaming him and I thank him for his service. But when I escalated my concern, their manager was 0 help. She was like a robot, I kept telling her this is unfair and begging her to do something and she would go simply like mam this ticket is none refundable. Shame.

bought a cancellation insurance for nothing accidentally double booked a flight.. no refund what so ever… or a credit.. for someone not familiar with booking on line one ticket was supposed to be a fair back..

Worst service ever
This trip that I booked recently with Cheap O Air was full of bad surprises. They forgot to add a wheelchair that I requested, charged me extra for things they promised it would be included, caused me to miss a connection, and refused to refund me for other charges. AVOID AVOID AVOID
