Cannot download purchased book
Tried multiple times but get the message “The server claims you are not authorised to access this file.” This is despite it saying it has been purchased and showing up in my Apple purchased list.

I have PGN files saved in my iCloud that came with RCA courses that I purchased. One problem though - how do I open these files in this app? I can’t figure it out. Thanks!
In principle this app is superb. However, the big however, you buy a book, and it takes your money, but then nothing else happens. No book.
Until update I could share a pgn with chess viewer. Now it will not show chess viewer when I press the share button
Great app and my favourite study tool among all PGN readers. However, it’s not working properly on iPhone 14Pro. You can’t open your downloaded PGN notes from the files or anywhere else and also is not supporting Greek as it used to in earlier versions. Never had a problem on iPhone 8, it’s a great shame I can’t use it anymore on my new device.
Like a previous comment a great app but a way to hide comments or moves when solving puzzles would be great.
Nice viewer, sometimes I just want to play through a position.
I bought Art of Attack book for £15 The book was frozen after reading few pages I tried every thing & contact every one Every one wash hands of Don't try it ever
I love this app so easy to follow the game a nice big board wow
This App is the IPad and IPhone portal of Everyman chess, with a first class book list. To that extent it is one of the apps which any serious player will want to have. Unfortunately, it is very badly let down by the terrible layout and clunky design. First the board is a lurid series of colours with very little choice. The text layout is simple terrible compared with Gambit's "chess studio" app or "Forward chess”: the text crowds on the right side of the board and the variations are simply separated by brackets. In the other Apps the variations are presented as in a book and are much easier to read. A major drawback is the inability to load purchases from one Apple device to another. The procedure is complicated by any standard while the Gambit or Forward chess do this automatically. Good content but terrible design.
