The app has the worst user banking experience. It sometimes it’s down, if you really keen about the internet banking and wanted to compete with others you need to spend more money and efforts on the app, the classic e-banking that poorly designed is no longer a thing
The worst app experience I have ever had inside and outside Egypt. The app is almost always down, it is also unstable and badly designed!

Not easy to make online transfers outside the bank or your accounts , the app has many times problems to open ( shame for such big bank 😐
I can’t make any online transactions with the bad ux on the OTP and this app
Credit card payment is a complex. You have to calculate the amount you have to pay. While other banks apps do it for you and all you have to do is choose paying full balance or you put an amount. You can’t reach any detail for your deposits This is crippling Improve your app people!! App support sucks 👎🏿
Biometric option is doesn’t appear
... when trying to open the App 😡👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻!!! I am using an iPhone 11 and it doesn’t work at all!!! Please fix the App asap !!!!
