It’s 2023, folks
The app is alright but definitely needs updating
1- services: the app offers many useful services, which can save you a trip to the bank.
2- functionality: it definitely needs updating, especially with the login options. You can’t save the username and password, nor can you use your Face ID. I don’t think this is even good security-wise. You’re forced to use an “easy” password to remember or write down the password somewhere; both options aren’t good.
3- UI design: the app looks like it was made with HTML in 1999. Enough said.
Getting worse
I cant pay my credit card or transfer money.
FaceId is a very long overdue feature to add
Pls add FaceId. It’s 2023 and FaceId has been around for quite a long time in a lot of other applications. It is inconvenient having to write both the username and password each time I login to the app. Even national banks like El Ahly bank added FaceId a while ago.

Hang up, very poor program
Hang up many times and i can not transfer money, give me error message, I contacted to technical support of CIB and they can’t solve the problem , really very bad application, not good and not easy, please do good programming for like professional banks !
FACE ID DOESN’T WORK!
This app does not use the face id recoginition.
I use the app constantly every day and everytime I need to enter all my credentials! The rep said that they do not use that feature. I either need to change my iphonr 13 or change my bank! Keep up CIB the world is changing..

Not working after update!
Expired Password
Every 6 months the app is asking to add new password which is good, but every time we face technical issue to change the old password !
Barely working app
Why is it so difficult for you to just invest in hiring a good software company to get a proper banking app? It’s really not that difficult.
Can’t use the App
I started to get this message “Cannot verify the security certificate on your server” and now the app is not working
