Poor app, every time you log in you will need to put the user name and password, and this way of logging in has ended more than 10 years ago. Hopefully they will here about the face id one day!

Transaction reflection on APP
No way on the earth the transactions appear in the app after 2-3 days!!!!
Why login is that difficult
I thought that your latest update will include to login using Face ID or any other biometric option, the world is moving for better but you still use the outdated way

Good but need more
App is good, easy to use. Only bad thing it’s not support log in with face ID for iPhone X and above. Although it supports login with touch id and finger print in the other phones with fingerprint. Have a look to it

The application is always not available, changing password is very bad & password parameters are unknown & keeps changing. Very bad UI. Needs serious attention.

Bad application and bad service at all specially for customers outside country no support at all and now i am facing problem with the app to open and reason message is cannot verify the security certificate on your service

I’m trying to reset my password and username but in vain to do it it’s so difficult in calling customer services as well

It’s always invalid login I can’t access my account i have to call or visit the branch and they can’t solve it Uslessssssssss
