Terrible. Why do I need trust my mobile every time I log in???
Terrible. Why do I need trust my mobile every time I log in??? The app is so bad that it is asking me to allow to trust my mobile every single time I try to log into the app.
Technical Error
The app wouldn’t move after login. It’s gives me technical error message all the time. Tried re installing the app multiple times throughout last few days with no luck.

I am unable to login last 6 days .. I can’t saw the report. Show the the window server issue in few days.. Plz solve the problem as possible as. I am completely disappointed after one year.. After raise complaint.. refund in one day thanks apple and cibil
Frustrated with Poor Service and Non-Functional App
I am extremely disappointed with this app. Despite paying for the features, the app doesn’t work properly. For the past three days, I’ve been trying to reset my password, and every single time I get the same error message: “Unfortunately, we cannot process your order at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.” This is unacceptable, especially when I’ve already paid for a service that doesn’t function as promised. Please fix this issue immediately!
Couldn’t get my account
Hi need help, I never created a cibil account but it showing when i try to subscribe “the mobile number is already have account with us”. But when i try to do forget username it showing that it already sent email, but I received none.. How do I subscribe or create a account while showing it already my mobile number is linked with you?

I have requested to reset my password million times but they dont send an email and dont tell me that my account is not registered worst app and also why do I have to change the password everytime j login

After face recognition, the app showing black screen and do nothing in iPhone 15 pro. Developer should try to simulate this using new iPhone models to make it suitable.

Unable to change mobile number
There is no option to change the mobile number. I don’t have mobile number which I used earlier for registration. unfortunately, I can’t find the way to change it in app
