Utterly Unreliable and Frustrating Experience with CIBIL iOS App

The CIBIL iOS app is the worst app I have ever used. It consistently fails to function correctly. After entering my username and password, clicking the login button results in a black screen, rendering the app useless. This issue forces me to manually stop the app each time. Despite multiple attempts at deleting and reinstalling the app, the problem persists. Given that CIBIL is a crucial service for accessing credit information, this app's performance is particularly disappointing. Users rely on timely and reliable access to their credit scores and reports, and an app with such critical flaws undermines this trust. It’s evident that the app requires significant improvements to meet basic usability standards. For now, I strongly advise against using the CIBIL iOS app until these issues are addressed.

now say only 1 no. is active mobile as per bank and aadhar record but during ac open innbank other existed fhere is no way to update for user to inform that other no. are no longer in use. cusfomer care says to ask bank and bank rm says dont know and tells to raise dispute and in dispute bank says to come to bank & do rekyc. i mean if 2 no. are mentioned as mobile no. and customer is using now only 1 and self updating what is the problem. its not like no. is asked to be replaced Lol as it is it is no. linked to aadhar so self details updation needs to be there with verify from aadhar also.

Am an NRI now. An old credit card is showing up as outstanding around 10 years before. Also old phone numbers and email not active anymore. For verification it is asking for loan account numbers which I don’t have. Hence found the lack of options unhelpful. What is the solution?

App not working after subscription

Just now taken a subscription for 6months, as soon it login it doesn’t move and black screen appears. Looks like waste of money and even on the desktop page also its of no use. Waste of money

Worst credit rating agency .their approach is not good towards consumer .they just misleading the customer and put the ball in bank/nbfc court . My report show a loan of rhino finance pvt ltd But i had closed the loan ,my bank already share the data but whenever i ask the customer they ask me only to contact the bank .Even they received enogh data to make the necessary change in my report . Finally i took cibil executive on conference call and find that cibil approach is not good they just misleading the customer only .
