now say only 1 no. is active mobile as per bank and aadhar record but during ac open innbank other existed fhere is no way to update for user to inform that other no. are no longer in use. cusfomer care says to ask bank and bank rm says dont know and tells to raise dispute and in dispute bank says to come to bank & do rekyc. i mean if 2 no. are mentioned as mobile no. and customer is using now only 1 and self updating what is the problem. its not like no. is asked to be replaced Lol as it is it is no. linked to aadhar so self details updation needs to be there with verify from aadhar also.
