I can’t login - no matter what Cigna try. What a joke.

Not useful and buggy app

Trying to book GP video consultation and can’t move forward after selecting the time slot.. don’t understand why such an important app is buggy and cannot be used for intended purpose.. disappointing

I am using the same login details that work on my computer but they don’t allow me to login to the App!

App constantly logs me out and never remembers me, sometimes it crashes half way through using it and it opens up on the login screen

After many issues trying to log in, I was finally able to book a video consultation. However the app crashed when trying to join the video call. Absolute disaster of app!! And it doesn’t make sense that you can’t book tele appointment through the web!

The app doesn’t allow me to sign in and gives trouble all the time. Please fix it since it is the only way to book a telehealth appointment.

Not able to send invite to dependent member

I wanted to send invite to my dependent and I simply don’t have that option which guides says and there is no updated instructions.

Any action you try to do, you have a “something went wrong” error. I can’t book for a video appointment

Remember login

Such a poorly designed app. No wonder our company decided to switch to AXA. Even if I toggle to remember login details on the iOS app, I have to enter credentials every single time.
