Why is this app pushing a personality test on me? So creepy. Also, the UI is laggy and poorly designed. As though coded up by a third party upon instruction from a committee of old white dudes who can’t tell whether they are using a web browser or an app.
Can’t click the boxes to accept the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. They appear to be off of the screen on the left on my small form-factor iPhone. Please test with small screens and don’t expect a specific width. You could also support screen rotation.
How helpful is a health care app if you can’t schedule consultations? I’ve tried repeatedly to schedule a consultation but it never finalizes the process.
I never review apps but it the worst app ever, simply because it does not let you in. There is no way to enter the account, error after error. When you try to reset your password, they ask you 3 security question. Out of the 3, 2 are repeated (same question). When you answer “Sorry but one or more answers are the same. Please provide unique answers.” A JOKE!
This ap is garbage. It would not accept my member number, which I know for a fact is my member number because it’s written on the card that I was just sent by Cigna.
To schedule the consultation one needs to take excessive care that the app doesn’t apply its own reading of the time zone, country telephone prefix etc. This is critical when traveling out of country in a different time zone. There is no possibility to correct these once a consultation has been set up. Another critical feature that is missing, is the absence of a messaging feature with which one can communicate with the medical practitioner once the meeting is confirmed. Overall a very disappointing and user unfriendly app.
I had a video meeting this morning with a doctor and I was never able to speak with her because the app wouldn't enable the join function. It kept looping at "connecting" to no avail. This is a disgrace that such a basic functionality can't work for an app that is supposed to help people get access to Healthcare and licensed doctors.
Tenía mi cita confirmada pero fue imposible acceder, incluso probé con dos móviles para estar seguro… pero nada. Simplemente aparecía “conectando” y luego nada más, hasta que me avisó que mi tiempo había pasado. No entiendo por qué lanzan un app con una funcionalidad tan vital que no funciona.
So frustrating! I have been trying for the past 24h to log in, and it doesn’t work. Funniest thing? It always shows different type of login errors, although I change nothing from the information I give. One time all of a sudden it worked and I logged in. Guess what? It opened the interface of Cigna Envoy App instead. So i try to log out, and log in again without changing anything…LOG IN ERROR POPS UP. Like how? I just logged in with the same information 3 seconds ago. Moreover, when I tried to register, it says “if you don’t see a confirmation email, contact us”. The confirmation email never arrived, so, I pressed ‘contact us’ which appears hyperlinked, and it literally does nothing. It doesn’t redirect me to another page, it doesn’t show any phone numbers or email address, nothing!!! I was trying to use this app because I was not feeling well, but ironically it somehow just reallyyy worsened my wellbeing! Either fix this app, or delete it altogether. The ratings should be telling you a lot by now.
