Your body's circadian rhythms are 24-hour cycles of biological, hormonal, and behavioural patterns. This biorhythm modulates a wide array of physiological processes, including your hormones, sleep, hunger, and metabolism, ultimately regulating body weight, performance, mood and susceptibility to disease. As such, circadian rhythmicity has profound implications for your wellbeing and longevity.

A little suggestion to the app.

Hello! I've been using this app for 2 months and it is really helpful. I have one suggestion. Can you add a timer function that also blocks phone screen? I usually try to concentrate on my work when it's peak recognition and keep track it with the app. I just thought it would be cool to swipe to timer real quick in the app. Thanks!

I've never been the kind of person who is able to fall asleep, and get up, early. I tried this app out for a week, and was immediately satisfied beyond expectations. It's been three weeks now and I've consistently gotten up with the sun. And I don't feel sluggish throughout the day because I got good sleep. It's a win-win.
