Can’t update my address
I don’t live in Australia and can’t update my residential address through the app because it doesn’t have the option to change country. You can do this on the website though.

Transfer between accounts not allowed!
This new App is so unstable it’s unbelievable! Attempting to transfer even $100 between Citibank accounts breaches maximum allowed limits!!!
New updates so often
The app updates so often and it isn’t possible to keep using the current version without updating. So frustrating.

Don’t enable account preview / snapshot - unstable
Since enabling the account preview / snapshot before logging in the App my iPhone Citibank App has become totally unstable and I can’t even logon any more, before that it was fine Please fix it!
Blank white screen
After the latest update, all I get now is a blank white screen. Currently the app is completely unusable. Hope there's a fix very soon.
Native app
Prefer a native app. It's useless otherwise.
V2.1 - Basic, but works
As an international user I don't have a lot of the icons. It works and allows me to view my accounts and make transfers, both local and international. That's all I need.
Bad start, Just a web interface
"Error", "We are currently updating our systems" and "You have timed out" are not the three things you want to see when logging in to an app. (Especially as I tried it as soon as I got the email about it. Shouldn't they have updated their systems *before* spruiking them?) In the end I didn't even see my account balance. And the interface looks suspiciously like a web page, not a native iPhone app at all. Not a very impressive first foray into iPhone apps, Citibank.
Dreadful
There are really good banking apps and then there are not really good banking apps, and there is this “app”.
