New updates so often
The app updates so often and it isn’t possible to keep using the current version without updating. So frustrating.
Annoying
Why can’t I see my account number? I need to know that sometimes and my 3 other banking apps allow me to do so (I’m in the UK)

Much faster and easier to use!
Don’t enable account preview / snapshot - unstable
Since enabling the account preview / snapshot before logging in the App my iPhone Citibank App has become totally unstable and I can’t even logon any more, before that it was fine Please fix it!
Blank white screen
After the latest update, all I get now is a blank white screen. Currently the app is completely unusable. Hope there's a fix very soon.
Not really mobile
If it says "please log in on a PC to choose your unique login"???? What's the difference between a computer and a smartphone? Do iPads count?? Chrome books? So stupid.
Native app
Prefer a native app. It's useless otherwise.
V2.1 - Basic, but works
As an international user I don't have a lot of the icons. It works and allows me to view my accounts and make transfers, both local and international. That's all I need.
