2 weeks and still havent received my card, tried to reset password it kept failing to do so. Yet if i want to create bew account, replied that my email already registered. Hotline even more stupid, you need either card or only support local citizen have no identification for expat. Funny it can recognize you account based on caller id yet crippled you on the identification part itself. Stupid, try to be smart ended more dumbass
