Doesn't open at all

This app is probably great. I’m sure controlling the room and stuff is super cool. However, I will never know because it will not let me book a room. More correctly, I am unable to complete payment. After I enter payment details……nothing. And yes, I did push the button.

Love love love this hotel, everything was clean and everyone was so nice plus the area is perfect and close to everything. Definitely will be back!!!

Unable to create a booking as I’ve tried 5 times. The app does not load nor the desktop website, very disappointing.

A device lovers paradise. Totally run ur room and experience at your fingertips;-)… Only need an ice machine to make my stay perfect. This place has a real sense of their carbon footprint… refreshing ❣️

This review is in regard to the app, not the hotel chain. I absolutely love Citizen M and will always stay at their hotels. The app still needs to fix the area of hotel stays. I’ve stayed several times and am currently staying in one, yet it will not update my stays or current booking. I tried deleting the app and reloading. Still nothing. Despite that, I do like controlling the room controls with the app because not every room ipad works.

Does this app actually work for people? It literally never lets me sign in. Total garbage and useless app.

Tried magic link and google. Threw me through multiple loops. Also, keeps asking me for my city of residence, to fill out a form, then when I submit, it asks for my city of residence again. I think I filled out that form five times. Stop making people get apps just to rent a room.

Unable to access the app. Thumbs down.

Deleting the app since it’s an endless loop on the last step of entering your city or residence - making the app totally useless.
