First time visiting citizen M and will deffinately be back, everything about it is brilliant from controlling everything in your room with the iPad or app to the lovely decor in the reception area, changing the shower colours was great fun and ending the night listening to some nice relaxing music was great, I would say it’s quirky and fun, stayed for 2 nights with my husband, hopefully see yous soon

When I log onto the app no Home Screen just shows error and it has been like that for over a week ! Numerous chats with Apple Help, customer service at CitizenM , promises to get in touch with IT but still same problem. Oh and one of CitizenM employees agreed their app is rubbish.

What an absolute great hotel very clean and modern with great friendly staff and super cool rooms. The cocktails and food were amazing we will definitely come back again, the beds are super comfy and everything is controlled from your phone great place to stay.

Don’t bother with the subscription, you can’t get out of it, nobody in their customer service responds to contact. I went with the subscription to save money, but as soon as I did the price of the rooms went up cancelling out any saving I thought I might get. I was stuck with the subscription for a year, and trying to get out of it was effort, even after the year was up.

Easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in , the place is spotless with a superb friendly vibe and the staff are the friendliest I have ever come across will defo be back

Lovely hotel friendly staff . Only thing missing is free tea and coffee . Pillows and bed very comfortable . No room service .

Imagine settling into a hotel room that would feel like being inside an IKEA kitchen cupboard were it not for the funky techno touches, only to discover that you can’t get the app to work. Suddenly, you are looking at an evening sleeping in an expensive IKEA kitchen cupboard..

It’s really come a long way the app and is reliable and useful. I can pay my bill using Apple Pay in app, check in, and control the climate, lights, and tv, all from my phone. And it all just works with great response times. Impressed.

Poor controls for room and tv, no control function for room or tv in app.
