Requirements:

- Supporting documents for source of fund (only applicable if the applicant’s monthly transaction requirement is more than BDT 100,000)

প্রায় ১০০ + টাইম চেষ্টা করেও একাউন্ট ওপেন করতে পারি নাই। Nid আপলোড দিলাম তারপর অপসন আসছে ভিডিও সেলফি তোলার জন্য ৫০ ওয়াটের led বাল্ব এর সামনে দাঁড়িয়ে আইফোন ১৩ প্রো এর ক্যামেরা ইউজ করে ও ভালো পিক নেওয়া যায় না। সিটি ব্যাংক আমার জানামতে একটি স্মার্ট ব্যাংক কিন্তু একাউন্ট ওপেনের জন্য একটি আনস্মার্ট অ্যাপ তৈরী করেছে। ডেভলফার ভাই কে বলবো অ্যাপ টা আপডেট করেন।

it even can't recognize the NID after uploading clear pic for several times 👎🏼

Huge bug

You can’t open an account with an account opening app as the selfi part is totally broken. After uploading NID, it goes no where.

2023 - still doesn’t work

Asks for selfie after NID upload. Camera never pops up. A complain that’s been posted here for more than a year. Some day we will have some competency standards for these things. Guess that’s not today yet. Please remove these apps if you can’t maintain it, it’s embarrassing for you.

False and Scam

They are totally scam as an online account opening system. I have opened my account using this app and registered in City Touch App. 3 days later they informed me that "account is now Active" then I received an deposit of only 7k taka and they suspended the account within 1 day and now I have to visit the Branch while I'm in a trip. When I called their support center, they are like, " Sir, Ekhoni Account App er maddhome account khulle amader server e update hoyna" Mane tahole ei false promotion er ki dorkar? r tader jei lomba waiting queue thake Uttara branch e, der ghonta por serial aschilo... Don’t fall for this Scam.

Doesn't work

After filling in all the details and uploading documents the app goes 'sorry we can't process now'. Ridiculous.

Worst experience

This app is a trap. Unable to read meta data from NID verification and still they believe they can provide seamless experience of hassle free account opening nothing but a joke 😂
