Very nice ride
Very nice smooth ride , you can ride inside the boat or outside the boat and we all took a nap. Make sure to bring a blanket and a pillow. When we came back on the returning ferry, we were wet and we froze the whole way. Make sure you accommodate that the ferry will have a central air AC that works very well. Don’t be late be an hour early! Love PR they do everything with such class and respect!
I would rate zero stars if I could
App is Bad. App is VERY bad.
This app is bloated
At almost 400 MB, it takes too much storage and is slow to load. We need an efficient and elegant app instead.
Not able to login
The OTP to login in app asks for a 5 digit code and the email comes with a 6 digit code. So not able to login with any combination of 5 digit code from the 6 digit code.
Drains battery in background
I had to delete this app because it stared draining my battery with background activity. I could not find any settings to stop this activity.
Can’t even log in?
The log in option using email keep sending 6 digit passcodes but the passcode screen only have 5 digit requirements? Who design this app?
No Software QA
The English language version of the Alcatraz Audio Tour is in Spanish after the intro clip.
