As an annual pass holder for the Potomac Water Taxi, the app leaves a lot to be desired. Disjointed ticketing and schedules. Why is there a separate listing for Cherry Blossom Water Taxi (March - Apr 15 departures) - buried deep in the app - and another listing for Water Taxi beginning April 15? A central schedule that doesn’t require walking through a ticket purchase would be very helpful. Bring back morning departures from Alexandria, late night/post-concert departures from the Wharf, and the Baseball Boat!

I don’t know why this is rated so well. I can’t even get to the screen to log in. And I can’t link my tickets that I already bought, even though I entered my email. Useless. Going to uninstall right away.

I see a change in my credit score

I downloaded the app just to submit my review about the company. First and last experience with this awful company! I booked a party for 6 for my wife’s birthday A MONTH AHEAD. I had friends and family flying to MD from CA and Atlanta just for the cruise party. 4 days before the D day, they emailed me about the reservation being canceled WITH NO EXPLANATION. When I called, they said my waiting time was “2 minutes or less”, I waited for ONE HOUR AND 13 minutes. At the end, they asked me to leave my phone number and they’ll call me black soon. It’s been 3 days, they never called. I reached out to Groupon about a refund, because I purchased through them and they said it’s not up to them to refund me but if they really have to, I’ll lose nearly 80% of the value of what I paid for. I have no clue how they have these 5 star reviews but I can assure you, most of them are fake. If you want to use this company check real people experience in the 1 star reviews, not some promotional and paid reviews. They are pure scam. They’ll cancel your reservation and you will not get a refund

Normally when you use Apple Pay, the chime you hear at the end after it says “Done” is the end of the transaction. When I use it, it simply brings me to a billing information screen to enter name, address etc., where no matter what information you enter it won’t let you hit “Pay now” at the end (it’s greyed out)
