I feel scammed… twice!
First I tried to unlock a car at the airport and doesn’t open. They charged me 4€ as “airport fee” even I didn’t move!! Second I have to claim that via phone call (only way) and I had to pay that phone call more than 4 minutes waiting and no answer. Shame!
App fail cost me 10€ be aware
I used their service quite often but definitely never again. My card that was usually used to pay for service has expired. I was trying to add new card but the app has gave me error of some sort which I have informed to CityBee. Instead of them trying to solve they passed the bill to some other company. And for that reason it has cost me extra 10€ Couple of other times I was not able to unlock the car through the app and had to call support service while wasted half hour each time to get out of Vilnius airport! Sorry, good idea, but rest of service sucks!
Fantastic!
Very easy to use. You only have to register, enter your driving license and your credit card and that’s all!! You can take it to one city and leave in other, and it’s cheap!

Me cobra y no me deja usar la patineta
Muy mal la patineta no avanza no arranca y la app empieza a cobrarme muy mal la verdad me cobro 4 € en 2 intentos

Si lo devuelves al segundo porque el patinete esta roto te cobran. No hay manera de avisar que patinete no funcione. Y cobra a darte de alta. No mucho pero lo hacen.
